The South Dakota Hall of Fame Presents Two Exciting Charity Auctions

Every year the South Dakota Hall of Fame hosts two exciting charity auctions to support our mission to Honor, Inspire, Preserve, and Educate others about the rich histories of excellence in South Dakota and beyond.

This year is no exception and we are thrilled to bring two opportunities to bid on phenomenal items and experiences while supporting the South Dakota Hall of Fame. 

Online Charity Auction 

The Online Charity Auction officially opens for bidding on Tuesday, September 3, and concludes on the evening of Saturday, September 14.*

Our Online Charity Auction serves as a fantastic opportunity for you to support our mission from the comfort of your own home and features unique items such as: 

  • Two club seats for the Lainey Wilson concert on November 9, 2024, at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls plus a $100 gift card

  • A Framed Oscar Howe print

  • Black Hills Gold jewelry

  • A Yeti backpack cooler

  • An original Bonnie Mattick watercolor painting

And so much more!

How to bid in the Online Charity Auction

Click "Register to Bid" in the top right corner to create your online auction account.

To bid in the Online Charity Auction, you will first need to create a FREE Charity Auction Today account. To do this you will:

  • Click “Don’t Have an Account? Register to bid” in the top right corner of the Auction site.

  • Fill in the required signup fields

  • Check the “agree to terms and conditions” box

Congrats you now have an account! You can now safely and securely update your profile and billing information to securely bid in our online charity auction when bidding opens on September 3!

Live Charity Auction

The Live Charity Auction takes place during the beginning of the Honors Ceremony Banquet on Saturday, September 14.**

Attendees will have a chance to enjoy salad and wine at the start of the Honors Ceremony Banquet while they take their chances bidding on spectacular experiences and items such as**: 

  • An overnight stay at Hitchin Horse B&B in Pierre, a pontoon boat ride on Mighty Mo River, and an evening meal for two

  • Four Broncos tickets and a $500 Visa gift card

  • A Black Hills guided flyfishing experience

  • Glacial Lakes Hunting Lodge guided pheasant hunt for four, including two nights lodging at Joy Ranch, and a $250 gift card at Mavericks Steak and Cocktails in Watertown.

  • Costa Rica Lodging

  • Two Delta Sky360 Club tickets for the Minnesota Vikings vs Indianapolis Colts game on Sunday, November 3, 2024, includes all food and beverages, and a $250 Visa card which can be used at the winner’s discretion.
