The 2021 Watertown Acts of Excellence Celebration was a wonderful success, and we want to thank each and every person who was able to join us in celebrating these 9 Acts. The South Dakota Hall of Fame's Acts of Excellence program recognizes the individuals and organizations who are helping young people chase their dreams in building a culture of excellence in South Dakota.
